How to read this
Each cell describes a public product trait. “Yes” means the product does that. “Partial” means it does something narrower. “Not stated” means this page does not claim it. Visitor counts, inventory totals, and average prices are left out on purpose. Nothing here is a ranking.
Nestivi
Nestivi is a Switzerland-only marketplace for buying and renting. Prices are in Swiss francs. The interface is English, German, French, and Italian. Search, favourites, and publishing are free during this beta, because the product does not take a payment. A home appears when its owner publishes it. An empty canton page means no published listing, not an empty market.
Homegate and ImmoScout24
Homegate and ImmoScout24.ch are established Swiss search sites, with a website, an app, a map, and German, French, Italian, and English. Both cover homes to buy and to rent. Advertising a home there is a paid service, which each company describes on its own site. Looking at listings does not require buying that package. Their price lists change, so this page does not copy a fee.
Neho
Neho is a Swiss agency. Its public offer is a fixed-fee service for selling a home, plus a search that gathers sale listings from other public sites. The fee is on Neho’s own pages and is not repeated here. English, German, and French are the languages described in the terms checked for this page. A general rent search is not the product. Gathering public sale listings is not a claim that personal contact files are scraped.
