Connect your software
Swiss agencies and property managers can publish on Nestivi from the software they already use. Listing is free. Nestivi does not take a payment.
Free for agencies
There is no listing fee and no checkout on Nestivi. Your software keeps the listing. Nestivi shows it to people searching in Switzerland and sends each inquiry to the contact email in the feed.
Formats
- IDX 3.01
The usual Swiss exchange file: unload.txt, fields separated by #, often together with photos in a zip. This is the format Homegate, ImmoScout24, Comparis and many CRMs already export.
- SwissRETS
XML export from the Qualipool standard. Titles and descriptions can be in German, French, Italian and English.
- OpenImmo
XML, including a file that only changes or deletes single objects. A full file without action flags replaces the previous set.
Software that can send these formats
CASAONE, Realforce, Immomig, ImmoTools and other Swiss CRM or property-management systems that export IDX, SwissRETS or OpenImmo. In CASAONE, support adds a portal when the portal accepts one of these formats and the agency has a publishing agreement. The agreement is the short text on this page. Nestivi does not run an FTP server.
Publisher terms
These terms are between the agency and siltra GmbH, the company that operates Nestivi. They apply when you create a feed connection. They are not a brokerage mandate. Nestivi is not a party to a lease or a purchase.
- You confirm that you hold the rights to the listing text and the photos, or that the owner has authorised you to publish them.
- You grant Nestivi a free, non-exclusive licence to store and display those listings and photos on Nestivi for as long as the listing stays published.
- You can withdraw at any time. Pause the connection, remove the object from the feed, or write to support@siltra.ch. Objects that disappear from a full feed are unpublished.
- Publishing is free. Nestivi does not charge a listing fee and does not take a payment on the platform.
- Inquiries are sent to the contact email in the feed. That address, and the name, email and message of the person who inquired, are used only to handle the inquiry.
