Nestivi is a marketplace and classifieds tool. People looking for a home can search published listings and send an inquiry. Landlords and agencies can publish a listing when their account allows it. Nestivi is not a real-estate broker, not an agent, and not a party to a lease or a sale, unless a later notice says otherwise for a specific service.
Search and publishing are free in this beta. Nestivi does not take a payment on the platform.
